When I set a new picture as my desktop wallpaper it goes on as full screen and when I click to center it in the properties, it stays full screen. Same if I try to tile it. Any clues how to fix this??

Well that the idea of wallpaper, to cover a whole screen! That is in any theme and what it is. You either stretch or tile it. Centre will not work.
When you use your own pictures, then you can use centre as well as stretch and tile.

How do i change the size of the blinking cursor on my computer?
Whenever im on my iTunes i try to edit my songs and when i do, the blinker is HUGE and its hard to work with, heres a link to a picture i made of what im talking about

the newest version of iTunes you can download has an extremely thin cursor, kinda like from MS word, or when you are typing something in google, so I would say just upgrade

This did not answer my question. It had nothing to do with iTunes, the iTunes was just an example of where the annoying cursor shows up, and i want to make the cursor smaller.

I found some really cool backgounds online I like and I am using safari internet and when I go to save the backgrounds and things I do all that then open the picture and right click on it and set it to desktop background but everytime I do that some of the background is cut off, can anyone tell me what I could do to fix this problem?

If you have your desktop set for 1920x1080 (16:9 ratio - 90% of new 22 and up LCD monitors are this ratio) then you want a 1920x1080 image. Download the right size image or use your graphic software to re-size the images you are downloading...

In the new version of WLM (8.5) you can change the picture in the top of your main window (Main window = Where all your contacts is). You can create your own, but when I do it, it always gets blurry, because it's getting enlarged automatically.. Does anyone know how to turn this off or know the image size required to get a clear picture?

How do I change the size of everything inside a window when is minimized?
lets say I minimize a window into a smaller window, but everything in that window will stay with the same size, the font, the pictures, everything... Is there anyway I can minize everything in the window to fit with the size of the window.

From here you can adjust your Screen Resolution. The higher the resolution the smaller everything will be. Do not go too high unless you have a serious video card. i would recommend 1024x768.
If you just want the font in your browser to be smaller, you can hold down the control key and scroll up or down on the middle wheel of your mouse.
