Apparently i need a picture that is exactly the same size or something? what are the dimensions of the hd picture, and how do i get a picture that has the same dimensions, please help!?
I'm trying to change the icon for the macintoch hd icon, but when i replace it with a picture, JPEG comes up..
Icon files have a %26quot;.ico%26quot; file extension. In order to change the Macintosh hd icon you need to replace it with another icon file. Picture files are not compatible (eg .jpeg, .gif, .bmp).
get this program called GIMP 2 for Windows. You can use it to make icon files.
