i'm pretty sure you just paste the url in and w/e like everything else, but this this forum site they only alow 6KB of quality, and so how do i change the size of this?? i have gimp but can't seem to figure it out, or if someone could take that pic and change it below 6KB that would be awesome!
How do you post a .gif picture for an avatar?
They should give you dimensions for you image as well. To change the size of the image go to Image and then scale image.
