Like I had a pic cut out a part I wanted and now it's to small how do I fix it?
I'm using photoshop and I cut a picture and put it into a new one how do I change the size of the cut part?
get a chainsaw and cut your monitor to the size you want... DOH!

edit transform layer, or the shortcut ctrl+t.
just select that image layer and and then in the edit button choose resize
