Changing the size of my picture?

I'm trying to put a picture from photobucket on myspace. But it's showing up to big. How do I change that? How do I make it smaller?

You should get a box come up with an option to resize the image. Once resized you can just exit out of your email program without sending and you will have a smaller file.
