i have a photo ive taken of my newborn daughter and i want to paste it into a professional photo of my other 4 children. The picture of my children is about quarter the size of my newborns pic. How can i change the size of my newborn pic?

There are many common picture editing programs available that can resize a picture (such as Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop, etc.)
You can also resize the picture online. I prefer ImageShack (http://imageshack.us/) and click on the resizing tool.

open it in Microsoft publisher or something... then edit the size.
open that picture in paint then look under edit and there will be an option there for stretch or resize or something to that effect and then just enter a number thats a quarter of whats already there
