I can't freaking change my picture on twitter?

I tried changing my picture on twitter and it will not work. i re-sized the picture and it tried to load it on there but everytime i go to click save it tells me there was a problem with my picture and that it was probably too big. I know it wasn't over the limit of how big it could be so what's the problem mannnn!?

You don't need to resize it, you need to save it as a smaller file. Try using different formats (JPG, GIF, PNG). If they're still bigger than 700KB, use a program like GIMP (a free alternative to Photoshop) and save it as a JPG but adjust the compression to 50% quality.
