i want to make them at 490 in height and 390 in width..
but i cant find a place that will let me do that..
i tried tinypic but they dont let you choose the exact size..
and then i tried paint and it didnt work..
so if anyone knows how to help me id be thankful..bcuz ive been trying to do this for an hour..

Just adjust the width/height to get the picture sized right.

you are not going to be able to resize the really small and make them larger...they are not going to look right, they will be distorted! but go ahead and try this site www.flauntr.com. also try picasa.
*another good free program is gimp.org considered the free photoshop...does more then paint.net....enables the use of brushes(stamps).
Download this paint application open the photo in it and under the image tab go to resize. This is a great app BTW it is as good as photoshop and its FREE!!!!

That is the one that I use, and my old school used to use.
there are some pretty good picture resizers out there. do a search, you will find one. good luck.
