How to change size of picture on photoshop CS3?

i want to change the size of a rim on one picture so i can put it on another picture of a different car|||well i have CS2 .. but im sure its close to the same .. you just go to the top and click image.. then go down to image size and change the size of it .. good luck|||Image%26gt;Image Size...
