How to change increase a picture size on the computer without blurring it.?

I copied some pictures off of a website. Just %26quot;save picture as%26quot; then to my computer.. the picture was a good size, about a little over half the size of my moniter. but when i went into my files to pull up it up, then it was about the size of a post-it note. I tried to magnify it to make it bigger, but that just blurrs the picture. is there a way or is there a program, where it can enlarge the photo without blurring it?|||hopefully its still saved to your computer....upload it to tinypic.com it%26#039;ll give you codes on the side...click on the little picture and see if it is still blurry. it might not be then you can right click and save that one instead of the blurry one.

if it%26#039;s still blurry then go to lunapic.com and upload it there you can resize it and sharpen the image and do a whole bunch of stuff...you can add lighting strikes and put text on it. here%26#039;s an example of one that i did...just so you can see

or this is a good one i made...http://i17.tinypic.com/71x6kye.jpg

if the picture still comes out blurry then use whatever program is on your computer...like adobe or hp image zone. or you can send me the link and i%26#039;ll do it for ya|||Adobe Photoshop%26#039;s resize technique is really good, using Smart Size elements, you can resize images and even free-transform them to become larger and maintaine the best resolution possible.

I recommend download Photoshop from http://www.adobe.com and give it a shot. Open up the image, go to Image -%26gt; Resize and you%26#039;ll see a major change right away.
