How can you change the size of a picture on Microsoft Word 2007?

I%26#039;m trying to get a picture to 3x3 but i cant find a scale anywhere.|||left click on the picture and resize the picture with the sizing handles(the square)with your mouse.|||First click the picture if it%26#039;s in the document. At each side there should be boxes. Drag one of the boxes, there you have it you have resized your picture.|||Right-click the picture and select %26quot;Size...%26quot; from the context menu. You can type in the horizontal and vertical sizes from there. If your picture isn%26#039;t perfectly square and you want it to be, uncheck %26quot;Lock aspect ratio%26quot; under the %26quot;Scale%26quot; section.
