How do I change the size of a picture with picasa 3?

I am trying to list items for sale on Etsy. I Want to change the pixls I think to make it smaller|||Choose File %26gt; Export Picture to Folder, or press Ctrl+Shift+S in Picasa. In the export options, there are %26quot;Image Size Options%26quot;. Choose %26quot;Resize To:%26quot; and note that the default value is the current %26quot;size%26quot; of the image. Adjust accordingly then click %26quot;OK%26quot;.
