Change the format to jpeg and when you go to set it as a desktop picture choose to centre it and see how it goes

Or use a photo editor and cut out bits you do not need or resize it you should have options to pick size %26quot; Gimp %26quot; is a free photo editor

You could bring it in a photo editor and start adding dots of color. It may take you the next 4 or 5 years. So, to answer your question, no.

You really can't because that would involve add pixels that don't exist in the first place. It would be like taking a 1 page paper and somehow making it 5 pages without adding any words. Sorry.
you cant really do it just try and find a picture with higher resolution
crop it? i also dont know. i just wanted more points. :D
You could start by using a picture that is very large or one that was taken with a very high pixel count.

Or just don't stretch it so far.
You can download the software called Pixresizer. I used this one and I have no problem.

you can download it free at http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/鈥?/a>

good luck!
